ConvaTec needed a brand refresh to reflect to its employees the new purpose, vision, and mission of the company. After an internal launch of the brand the focus moved to moving the new brand into the activity of ConvaTec franchises, through the further development of the brand expression, brand guidelines and collaboration with various franchise agencies.
Design including the logo, brand expression, brand guidelines, corporate communications, and some direction of franchise communications.
After the launch of the new brand ConvaTec was listed on the FTSE 100, I like to think that the new brand played a small part in that achievement.
